Cake in a Cup

A friend on Face Book linked to this cake recipe. The ingredients are simple and easy to mix up. Abby is always wanting to make something in the kitchen so I thought this would be great to try. It was super good and the girls liked having their own to mix and eat.
Mixing is serious business.
See that green grass out the window? Haven't seen that since!
Put it in the microwave for three minutes and lay on the counter watching it go round and round.
Abby is still mixing while her sister uses the microwave.
