Back in the day of film and developing, you never knew what you were gonna get when shooting pictures. And you didn't shoot too many because it would use up all that expensive film. Weeks later, after developing, you would find out that no one was looking at the camera or someone blinked and ruined a perfectly good picture. And by then, the moment was long gone.
Now, you can take, say 22 pictures of your daughter swinging, and just pick out the ones you like the best! Amazing!
You could even crop out all the stuff you don't like to see.
And just see this cute little smiling face.
And then no one has to see all those pictures that didn't quite come out the way you wanted.
And I guess if I really loved digital, I would get photoshop and learn how to do all sorts of cool things with colors and light, etc. Nah, that's too much for me right now.
